We want every GetMaxTV member to be happy. This policy explains when refunds are available and how cancellation works.
1. Cancel anytime
There are no contracts. You pay only for the subscription period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). When that period ends, your subscription simply stops — no automatic renewal, no early-termination fee.
2. Refund eligibility
We offer a refund within 3 days of your initial purchase if:
- You contacted our support team and we were unable to resolve a technical issue that prevented you from using the service.
- You were charged in error or twice for the same plan.
Refunds are not available for change-of-mind requests after the service has been delivered and successfully tested, or for partially used subscription periods.
3. How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or email contact@getmaxtv.com with your order details and a short description of the issue. We will reply within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days, back to your original payment method.
4. How to cancel
Since plans do not auto-renew, you do not need to take any action to "cancel" — your access simply ends at the close of your paid period. If you no longer want renewal reminders, just let us know.
