GetMaxTV provides access to a premium streaming catalogue of live channels, sports, movies and series, delivered via compatible apps on supported devices.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription & payment
- Subscriptions are sold for a fixed period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) at the prices shown at checkout.
- Payment is required upfront for the chosen period.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated; you choose when to renew.
- Prices are shown in USD and may change for future subscription periods.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the service without written permission.
- Share your credentials with people outside your household.
- Use the service to break any law or infringe third-party rights.
- Attempt to bypass any security, geographic or technical restriction.
5. Service availability
We work hard to maintain 99.9% uptime, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". From time to time, maintenance, internet conditions or events outside our control may affect availability.
6. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, software and content delivered through the service are the property of their respective owners. No rights are transferred to you except the right to personally use the service during your subscription.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that harms other users or our systems.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetMaxTV's total liability arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
